Feasibility Studies

A feasibility study can be one of the most valuable tools to help ensure the success of a project. Before any building activities begin, or even before a site is selected, CDA can provide the information necessary to make an informed decision on whether or not a certain plan of action is feasible.

If a project is determined to be both feasible and desirable, the information provided in the feasibility study can prove valuable in implementation. It can be used to develop a strategic plan for a project helping to transform general ideas into measurable goals. Throughout a project's process, a feasibility study can show the various consequences and impacts associated with a plan of action.

  • Site Evaluation
  • Review of Local Bylaws and Building Codes
  • Costs associated with various development strategies
  • Detailed Estimate of Associated Costs & Benefits
