The Kirkland Apartments project recently received an Honor Award for Historic Preservation from the AIA Greater Columbia Section. Owned by the University Foundation, the 1918 apartment building was returned to use as faculty housing for National Advocacy Center personnel.
Earlier this year, the Historic Columbia Foundation awarded CDA a 2006 Preservation Award for Restoration for this project.
CDA is excited to have been part of this important project.
