When Uno Chicago Grill was ready to open their Lexington, South Carolina, restaurant, they called on CDA Architects to adapt their corporate prototype to the local site. CDA redesigned the bar/patio and dining areas of this 6,785 square foot restaurant to increase visibility and comfort for diners. CDA coordinated the design process between Uno's corporate office, the franchisee/owner and engineers working on the new building, while also acting as a liaison with the local zoning officials. CDA also provided construction management for the building and coordinated the interior design, supplying equipment, lighting fixtures and signage as well as exterior lighting and landscaping.
